Use the size chart below to determine your size. 

To determine your size, measure your favorite belt from the buckle to the hole you use most frequently. For a first-time purchase, measure your waist circumference at the height where you plan to wear the belt.

Forey size S/M range is 88 cm (smallest hole) to 103 cm (biggest hole)

Forey size M/L range is 98 cm (smallest hole) to 112 cm (biggest hole)
